Payment & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking total.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at check-in. We accept MVR, USD and Euro in cash and all major credit cards.
House Rules & Additional Policies
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties or events without prior approval.
- This is a strictly non-smoking property.
- As per the Maldives law, accommodation tax will be charged for bookings from October 1, 2025. Please pay directly at the property.
- Accommodation tax of $200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of $19,999 and under.
- Accommodation tax of $500 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates between $20,000 and $49,999.
- Accommodation tax of $1,000 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of $50,000 and over.
- The Royal Lounge is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
- Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Children 4 - 6 years old will be charged $900 for breakfast per day.
- Children 7 - 12 years old will be charged $1,700 for breakfast per day.
- Children under 5 years old will be charged $900 for breakfast when using existing bed.
- Breakfast fee for children is charged directly at the property.
- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
